Jeremy McCoy – Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Quality Control

In October of 2006, Jeremy being a Certified Engineering Technologist was hired on at Gorf as the Quality Control Manager. Jeremy is also the companies’ C.W.B. Welding Supervisor and graduated from the Kirkland Lake Welding Technologist Program. Some of his everyday duties for Quality Control include conducting quality inspections, oversee T.S.S.A. contracts, determine and set-up non-destructive testing and examinations. Jeremy also performs weld inspections and insures regulatory compliances. In 2011, when Gorf amalgamated into one company, Jeremy took on the roll of Health and Safety Coordinator. Some of Jeremy’s tasks in Health and Safety include conducting job site inspections, setting up in-house training programs; provide training and updating the training profiles. Jeremy also has to insure regulatory compliances in the health and safety field.
