Lori Forget – Accounts Receivable
In September of 2007, Lori was hired on as the office receptionist and in 2009 Lori started to receive training in accounts receivable. Some of Lori’s accounts receivable tasks consist of posting invoices and deposits into accounting system, maintaining a database of accounts receivable customers and calling owing accounts payable clients to enquire about old unpaid invoices. Lori also has the responsibility of handling union payroll. Some of Lori’s payroll responsibilities include importing and posting hours, calculating vacation, pension and room & board payments and maintaining a database of all union employees. Lori also completes and submits ROE’s to Service Canada, prepares T4s for Revenue Canada and submits new hires to Service Canada.
